Project name: Promoting Social Dialogue in European Energy Sector

Objectives on the project:
- Study and Analysis
- Conduct a comprehensive study of capacity-building needs and the current state of social dialogue at both national and European levels in the energy sector.
- Examine existing practices and challenges to identify key areas where support is needed.
- Develop targeted recommendations to empower social partners for effective engagement in European Social Dialogue.
- Capacity Building
- Enhance the skills and capabilities of social partners to actively participate in social dialogue processes.
- Strengthen their ability to address sector-specific challenges in the energy sector.
- Enable social partners to contribute meaningfully to policy-making efforts aimed at resolving energy sector issues.
- Awareness Raising
- Promote the importance of national and European social dialogue through targeted awareness campaigns.
- Disseminate information materials and engage stakeholders to showcase the benefits of social dialogue.
- Highlight how social dialogue can help address key challenges in the energy sector.

- Online Steering Committee Meetings
1st Meeting: 1 day, 2 participants per organization, online.
2nd Meeting: 1 day, 2 participants per organization, online.
- Conducting analysis and research in all project countries: Bulgaria, Portugal, North Macedonia, Spain, Montenegro and Poland
- Focus Group Meetings
1 day per partner country, per 10-20 people.
- Online Researchers Meeting
1 day, 2 participants per organization, online.
- National Social Dialogue Sessions/Consultations
1 day, 8 national consultations (5 trade unions and 3 employer organizations), per 15-20 participants.
- European Level Consultations
1 day, 2 participants per organization, online + live streaming.
- Final Conference
1 day, in Poland, 20 participants in-person and around 20 online, hybrid format + live streaming.
